#What's New in this Release

Release Date: September 29, 2025

• The Compliance module now provides a comprehensive list of all organizational compliance requirements. You can now view and export acknowledgment details.
• When submitting additional PTO requests for employees, you can now enable auto-approval.
• A candidate's profile can no longer be edited if their hiring has been canceled.
• The History > Employment change section for terminated employees now displays their termination records.
• When syncing a candidate from Greenhouse or during the manual pre-boarding process, a red alert indicator now appears in the candidates table if the system detects that the candidate's legal name matches any active or terminated employee.

#MyHR August 2025

Release Date: August 4, 2025

• MyHR supports exporting the Employee Information Report.
• The Contract Renewed to filter is now available on the Employee admin > Employees page to help you find employees based on their contract renewal dates.
• You can now upload multiple files simultaneously (up to 30 files) to a folder when adding documents for employees in the Employees Information > Files tab.
