#Year-end Review Plan Management

Year-end review plans play a vital role in evaluating employee performance and guiding organizational growth. The Year-end Review module brings together all aspects of review planning, offering a streamlined environment to design, launch, and oversee annual assessments. With MyHR, you can tailor review plans to fit your business needs, adjust criteria as priorities shift, and ensure every evaluation is conducted fairly and consistently across your teams.

To create a new year-end review plan, you can create from scratch or copy an existing plan. For details, refer to:

For the existing review plans, you can perform the following actions:

• Preview – To preview a review plan, click the Preview button when hovering over it.

• Edit – To edit a review plan, click the Edit button when hovering over it. You can also click the Edit button to edit a policy when you are viewing the review plan details.

  

• Delete – To delete a review plan, click the Delete button when hovering over it.

  NOTE

  Only review plans in Not started status can be deleted.
